  • Communications & messages: chat messages, uploaded images or files, voice call and video call metadata, and recordings (only if recording is enabled with consent).

  • Support & feedback: messages, emails and other correspondence you send to support or feedback channels.

  • Device and connection data: device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, mobile network, IP address, browser type, language, and device settings.
